By texting 641-628-9999, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") with Crown Broadcasting, doing business as KCWN 99.9 FM ("KCWN," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply only to our text messaging program and do not replace any other terms or policies that govern your relationship with us. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.
1. About the Program
KCWN's text line lets listeners request information about donating to our fundraiser. When you text us, you receive an automated reply with a link to our online donation page. We may also send occasional follow-up replies related to your request. We send messages only to people who text us first. We do not send marketing or promotional messages to people who have not contacted us.
2. Your Consent
By texting our number, you voluntarily agree to receive automated text messages (SMS, MMS, or successor technologies) from KCWN related to your request and our fundraiser. Consent is not a condition of making a donation or any purchase. You can donate through our website without using the text line.
3. Message Frequency, Rates, and Carriers
Message frequency varies and depends on your requests. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all carriers support text messaging programs like ours.
4. Opting Out and Getting Help
Your participation is voluntary, and you may opt out at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You may also contact us at 641-628-9999 or kcwn@kcwnfm.org and ask to be removed. You will receive one final text confirming your opt-out, and we will send no further messages unless you text us again.

5. Your Phone Number
You confirm that the mobile number you text from is yours and that you are its current subscriber or authorized user. If your number changes or is reassigned, please stop using the text line from the old number and contact us at 641-628-9999 or kcwn@kcwnfm.org so we can update our records.
6. Who Can Participate
By using the text line, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. You must have your own mobile device capable of two-way text messaging, an active plan with a participating wireless carrier, and text messaging service. Check your device and plan for specific messaging instructions.
7. Responsibility and Liability
You agree to be responsible for any claims arising from your providing a phone number that is not yours or from failing to tell us about a change in your number, to the extent the law allows. Our text line is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, KCWN and our messaging and phone service providers are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages, or for disputes between you and any third party.
8. Privacy
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use information.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date below shows the latest version, and by continuing to use the text line after an update, you accept the revised Terms. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
